Dr. Adepero Okulaja | Owner of The Doctor's House
Dr. Adepero Okulaja, MD, is a physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience and the founder and Medical Director of The Doctor’s House, an integrative and functional medicine practice in Edina, Minnesota. Trained in both internal medicine and pediatrics, she brings a whole-person, root-cause approach to care, with a special passion for longevity, wellness, and women’s health across every season of life. She is also a published author and speaker who believes every woman deserves to be heard, understood, and empowered in her own health journey.
Dr. Margaret Enadeghe | Founder of The WoMn Clinic
Dr. Margaret Enadeghe is a board-certified OB/GYN with 15 years of experience in women’s health. She is also board-certified in Obesity Medicine and is a Menopause Society certified practitioner. She is the founder of The WoMn Clinic, a direct care practice focused on perimenopause, menopause, and metabolic health, utilizing a holistic approach grounded in the tenets of lifestyle medicine.
Grace Desrocher | Studio Manager of Studio Pilates International
Grace is the Studio Manager for Studio Pilates Edina and Chanhassen, where she is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness through movement. A former professional dancer and Studio Pilates Course Facilitator, she also trains the next generation of instructors. Grace is excited to share her expertise and answer questions about the role movement and Pilates can play in supporting women's health at every stage of life.
