\nWendy is responsible for Property Management Services at Edina Galleria\, a premier 400\,000-square-foot shopping center in Edina\, MN. With over 25 years in retail property management\, she has led marketing\, operations\, leasing\, and redevelopment efforts across the Midwest. Since joining Hines in 2017\, Wendy has helped Galleria achieve top sales per square foot in the region and earn numerous awards. She is active in industry associations\, serves on the board of the Goldstein Museum of Design\, and teaches real estate at the University of St. Thomas. \;Outside the office\, she and her husband are active in their community spending time with classic cars\, at art events\, gardening\, and traveling with their adult children. \; \;
